'It's The End of 2014' Read-A-Thon

'It's The End of 2014' Read-A-Thon!!! 

Hello guys!! As you may have heard I have created a read-a-thon which you can find the name of above and am going to be hosting this read-a-thon with 3 other awesome bloggers!!!

So as for the read-a-thon. It begins of December 20th and ends on December 31st!! This is basically a chance to get all those books read that you wanted to read in 2014 before it ends. 

As well as that there are some awesome read-a-thon challenges which are:

1. Read a total of 2000 pages
2. Reread a favourite of 2014
3. Set your own challenge, you can be as brave or as cautious as you like!!

As for all those days during the read-a-thon. Well what do you think we'll do???? Yes, you guessed it - Games!! Games, games and more games. One for every single day :P And here they are:

December 20th- Simply your TBR for the read-a-thon
December 21st- Color the Rainbow.... this is where get book covers from your shelves and make a rainbow
December 22nd- Spell it out.... spell any Wintery or Christmas words with the books you have read this year
December 23rd- Psychic or Not.... try to predict what will happen next in the book you are currently reading
December 24th- Movie Marathon- pick your top 5 books that you think would make awesome movies
December 25th- Winter Wonderland.... create a Wintery scene with either natural materials or things inside that are associate with the season and display the book that you are currently reading
December 26th- Tell Me A Story.... use book titles and author names to create a mini story
December 27th- Building Blocks..... build a structure out of your books
December 28th- Scavenger Hunt.... find items from the covers of your TBR for the read-a-thon or from the covers of the books that you have read so far
December 29th- Shake it up.... reenact or recreate your favorite book cover
December 30th- 2015 Most Anticipated.... list your top ten most anticipated books of 2015
December 31st- 2014 Gems.... list your top ten favorite books of 2014

And as you can probably see this and the calender below are colour coded!!! Each of us hosts have different days to hold the games. Mine are coloured PURPLE!!!! So in other words I will be holding the games on the 20th, 25th and 31st :D

And finally for anyone who wants to join the read-a-thon you can simply join the new Goodreads group that has been created for all the participants of the read-a-thon. Here is the link!! You can also post a comment down below but with Goodreads at least you'll get reminder messages in the Goodreads group so I'd say go join it!!!
